Description: A one-day program, held during the AUR annual meeting, for junior radiology physician faculty members. The program is comprised of several presentations addressing such topics as: beginning and maintaining productivity; funding opportunities through the RSNA; teaching and medical education research; developing research ideas; the role of the radiology department chair, and the disciplines of the work ethic.
Target Audience: Junior academic radiologists, preferably within the first five years of appointment.
Format: Classroom presentations and small-group sessions

Fee: No fee. Limited attendance; individuals selected from submitted nominations/applications. Individuals may be nominated by department chair, or may apply, with chairman's approval. Participants must be AUR members and must register for AUR meeting.
